Nasal Septoplasty

Curtis is going under the knife on Monday for nasal septoplasty. Some of you may remember the health problems he was having earlier this year. After lots of testing and medications, an ENT specialist determined that he has a deviated septum. So, this will be repaired on Monday. The surgery doesn't sound very fun at all. The scraping of a bone spur is involved. YIKES! If you so desire you can read more about septoplasty here.

I will be taking a week of vacation to be home with him for his recovery. So, I will be away from the computer for a while but will be back with an update sometime the next week.

Curtis is more than a little nervous about the surgery as this is the first time he has ever been put to sleep. I ask that you keep Curtis and his surgeon in your prayers Monday morning. We know that God is in control, and we trust in Him.

Have a safe and HAPPY 4th of July!!!
